Public art fair, fund-raising BBQ among things to do this weekend
Looking for something fun to do in Perrysburg this weekend?
A free public art fair will be held Saturday and Sunday at Levis Commons, a popular shopping center in Perrysburg. The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
More than 125 artists are expected to be there, showing off jewelry, ceramics, painting, photography, and other art. Go here to learn more about the different artists.

Want to help out a charity?
The American Cancer Society is holding the “Red, White and Bark BBQ” from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday at the Carranor Hunt & Polo Club, 502 East 2nd St.
The event features food, dancing, music, and a silent auction. Tickets cost $40 per person or $280 for a table of eight.

The Perrysburg nonprofit, aptly named for its location at 577 E. Front St., is offering sign up for classes online. There are openings to learn how to knit, cook, and make art.
