Miniature War Gaming Day set for Saturday at Fort Meigs

The World at War: Miniature War Gaming Day takes place 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Fort Meigs Visitor Center.

The center is at 29100 West River Rd., Perrysburg. Cost is $5 for adults, students are $4.

Come fight the War of 1812, World War I, and World War II all in one room. War gaming experts will help you play the different tabletop games and learn about this exciting hobby.

There will be activities for all ages. Advanced games run in two sessions and the games designed for kids run all day. No experience is required and the younger players are welcome with a parent to help. Lunch will be available on site. The admission price includes the games and the museum.

This annual event is co-sponsored by the Great Lakes Chapter of the Historical Miniatures Gaming Society, a 501(c) non-profit corporation. The purpose of our organization is to sponsor historical miniatures events and promote the study of military history.
