Zoning changes approved by Perrysburg Council

Perrysburg City Council on Tuesday approved two changes to area zoning designations on the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Committee.

A lot in the Horseshoe Bend subdivision was changed from RM multi-family to R-3 single- family residential by a 6-0 vote. Councilman Michael Olmstead was absent.

Zoning administrator Tom King said the lot, at the corner of Roachton Road and Steeple Chase Lane, was only an acre and that three acres were required for multi-family units.

Council also approved 6-0 an assignment of permanent zoning to C-4 highway commercial to the O'Connell annexation at 25818 Dixie Highway, which is the site of Arnie's restaurant that came into the city in August.
