Perrysburg Schools sets kindergarten Round-Up Days in February

Enrollment for incoming 2013-2014 kindergarten students in Perrysburg Schools will be held next month at Central Office, 140 East Indiana Ave. in the cafeteria.

To be registered, the child must be 5 on or before Aug. 1, 2013.

The registration dates are:

• Tuesday, Feb. 5 for Frank Elementary
• Wednesday, Feb. 6 for Woodland Eelmentary
• Thursday, Feb. 7 for Toth Elementary
• Friday, Feb. 8 for Fort Meigs Elementary

If school closes or is delayed on the scheduled Round-Up Day, it will be rescheduled one week later on the same day of the week.

Anyone with questions about the Round-Up registration should contact the Pupil Services office at 419-874--9131, ext. 2101 or 2147.

Parents and guardians will turn in required registration forms and documents. The forms will be available a www.perrysburgschools.net under “For Parents” tab. Click on “Enrollment Information” and select “Required Forms for 2013-14 Kindergarten Registration.”. Hard copies are available at the Board of Education office starting on Monday.

To keep lines down for the Round-Up Days, families are asked to go to the registration as follows, based on last name spelling:

• Names beginning with A-L: 8 a.m. to noon
• Names beginning with M-Z: 1 p.m.-4 p.m.

To ensure an equitable selection for the All Day Kindergarten program, kindergarten parents/guardians will receive information regarding the placement process after the registration forms and documents have been submitted.
