The Perrysburg Township Fire Department has a new safety training trailoer, thanks to the hard work of Cousino Harris Disaster Kleenup.

Keith Feeney Sr., Perrysburg Township fire inspector, is grateful for this spectacular donation and believes this new safety training unit will be a great asset to the community.

With the old training unit over 20 years old, Mr. Feeney looked into constructing a new structure. At the beginning of the planning process, Mr. Feeney was solely looking for any scraps Cousino Harris Disaster Kleenup could provide.

Cousino Harris Disaster Kleenup is a local company specializing in damage restoration services; it has worked with the Perrysburg Township Fire Department over the years.

After listening to Mr. Feeney’s needs, Mr. Cousino decided to take it one step further and offered to build a complete new structure for the township fire department. After much hard work, the new structure was unveiled on June 15.

The new unit is built from a kit and positioned on a trailer for easy transport.

Mr. Feeney considers this unit to be an addition to the larger fire safety trailer and the two will work in conjunction with each other at events around the area.

If you have any inquiries or question, please contact Mr. Feeney at fireinspector@perrysburgtownship.us.
