Perrysburg High School orchestra students are preparing for back-to-back evenings of music this week.

The first concert on Monday will feature the chamber strings, classic strings, and concert orchestra groups. On Tuesday the concert will feature the symphony strings, symphony orchestra and 8th grade orchestra.

Both concerts begin at 7 p.m. at the high school auditorium and are open to the public. Admission is free, with donations accepted at the door.

In the fall, 26 Perrysburg High School Orchestra and Band students auditioned for and were accepted to participate in the North West Regional Orchestra. Perrysburg had the highest participation in the region --more than double the number of students as the next school in the area.
