BOWLING GREEN — A hearing scheduled for Tuesday to resolve a dispute between the owner of the Hilton Garden Inn at Levis Commons in Perrysburg and the developer of Levis Commons was canceled, a court clerk said.

Representatives for Robert Voelker and Levis Common Hotel LLC, which controls the Hilton, and for developer Larry Dillin, Dillin Corp., and Levis Town Square LLC, notified Judge Alan Mayberry before the hearing that negotiations to resolve the two parties’ dispute were occurring and that the hearing was unnecessary.

A July lawsuit filed by Mr. Voelker and Levis Common Hotel and a request for an order compelling Mr. Dillin, Dillin Corp., and Levis Town Square to comply with terms of the hotel's lease and allow it to refinance its debt, had yet to be withdrawn.
