18th annual South of the Border Festival
The Perrysburg Community Heights Association held its 18th annual South of the Border Festival Friday, Aug. 10 and Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012. at the Jefferson Street park. The event raised money for the community center, a nonprofit that offers free programs such as sports camp for children, game night for seniors and medical care.
