Crews rebuild Glenwood Road in Perrysburg Township

Crews rebuild Glenwood Road from U.S. 20 to Route 795 in Perrysburg Township in November, 2012. Workers used a soil stabilization method, where the old road is pulverized on site, concrete is poured over the bed, and the materials are mixed with 16 inches of the soil.
