Free baseball clinic

It’s baseball season for some youth in Perrysburg this week. Several young people learned baseball fundamentals with a little help from the Toledo Mud Hens players. Toledo Mud Hens catcher Rob Brantly and pitcher Mat Hoffman took part in a baseball camp Friday at the Perrysburg Heights Community Center, a nonprofit which sponsored the event. The free camp, the second of nine camps this summer at the center, was for boys and girls in grades 3 through 12. It was to teach them fundamentals of the game.
