Perrysburg restaurant owner Carlos Mendez

This photo was taken in our restaurant "OK Patron Fajita Bar" here in Perrysburg, last year. This dish is from Mizmaloya, Mexico, near Puerto Vallarta. It is cooked with fresh pineapple and a special sauce that stops the bitterness that has the pineapple when heated.
