Special Olympics Torch Run

Rich Cartwright, a Perrysburg police officer, carried the Special Olympics torch through town Wednesday, June 20, 2012, en route to Bowling Green as part of the 2012 Law Enforcement Torch Run. More than 2,000 officers from Ohio will carry the torch through 150 communities before arriving in Columbus on Friday, when opening ceremonies for the Special Olympics get under way at Ohio State University.
