Woodland Career Day a Huge Success

Woodland Elementary School's Career Day was a huge success, and they have many parents and community members to thank. They came to Woodland Elementary on Friday, November 16, to share their careers with the students. Over 30 different careers were represented, including: police officers, detectives, doctors, nurses, technical directors, a Channel 13 information technologist, WLMB-TV 40 Associate Producer, paramedics, bioenvironmental engineers, directors of education and outreach, and of course, the Mayor of Perrysburg, and Spike, the Walleye Mascot. Career Day could not have been a success without the following people taking time out of their busy work schedules to come and share with the students: Mayor Nelson Evans, Greg Cole, Chad Adams, Brian Perkins, Tonya Floyd-Bradstock, Ben Laubender, Brandon Walton, Virginia Bossa, Brian Phillips, Scott Moskowitz, Omar Ferrari, Alysia Garcia, Angela Jones, Alia Wolaver, Michelle Vollmar, Bob Kish, Tom Brice, Justin Jarrett, Jamie Bibb, Steve Hudak, Nick Vargas, Sara Bassler, Elizabeth Fite, Robert Garee, Tricia Knight, Lonie Featherstun, Destiny Pisula, Chris Anderson, Greg Frye, Ian Perkins, Casey Agosti, Laura Oros, Todd Grayson, Matthew Palicki, Paul Brown, Angela Carlozzi.
