Way Public Library offers yoga, tech sessions


Way Public Library will be busy this week with two sessions to learn about technology and another to try yoga.

At 6 p.m. today there will be a program for residents looking to buy a computer or tablet.

The program will look at operating systems, form factors, and evaluate what suits a user’s needs.

The first monthly meeting for Apple device users will be 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. They will discuss uses and have a demonstration.

There will be an introduction to yoga at 4 p.m. Tuesday, focusing on posture and core breathing.

It will be a hour of relaxing and working on core breathing, self message, and pain-free poses. Participants will need to bring a mat, yoga blocks, water, and a towel.
