Way Library program to feature gangsters

Way Public Library is hosting a program at 7 p.m. Tuesday about how gangsters and bank robbers Pretty Boy Floyd and John Dillinger came to Wood County.

Librarian Richard Baranowski will lead the program with a talk about the 1930s gangsters, with a discussion following it.

At 2 p.m. Wednesday there will be a free showing of Philomena for contemporary film fans. It is about a political journalist who does a story of a woman’s search for her son who was taken away decades ago.
